Christmas Delivery Policy 2025

Christmas Delivery Policy

We understand how important it is for your gifts arrive on time during the festive season. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any orders placed after 3pm on 19th December will arrive before Christmas.

Recommended (Not Guaranteed) Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery

-          Royal Mail Standard Delivery: Order before 3pm on Wednesday 17th December*

-          Royal Mail Express Delivery: Order before 3pm on Thursday 18th December*

-          Special Delivery: Order before 3pm on Friday 19th December*

*These dates are recommended guidelines and subject to change. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. Any order placed after 3pm on 19th December is unlikely to arrive before Christmas, even with our ‘Special Delivery’ option.

Orders will not be dispatched from 24th December to 28th December. Any orders placed after 10am on 24th December will be prepared for dispatch from 29th December onwards.

 

Important Information

While we will make every effort to dispatch orders promptly and ensure they arrive in time for Christmas, we cannot guarantee all orders will arrive by Christmas Day. Factors such as weather disruptions or courier delays/issues are out of our control.

In the event of delivery issues caused by the courier, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that issues will be rectified in time for Christmas.

If you notice any delay in receiving your order or have any queries, please let us know as soon as possible.

Delivery Address Details

To minimise potential delays:

-          Please double-check your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

-          If we notice an issue with your delivery address, we may need to contact you to confirm the details. This could delay dispatch, so please monitor your email and phone calls as we may need to reach out. It is important to check your spam/junk emails too.

If your order is dispatched to an incomplete or incorrect address, the courier may return the parcel to us. In this case, additional delays will occur as we will need to wait for the order to be returned to us to redispatch.

 

Returns Policy
