Delivery Policy

FREE Standard UK Delivery When You Spend £40 & FREE UK Express Delivery When You Spend £60


Postage/Delivery Rates 

    • Standard (Tracked 48hr Delivery): £2.99 (FREE on orders over £40) We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
    • Express (Tracked 24hr Delivery): £4.99 (FREE on orders over £60) We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.               

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. (Excl. Bank Holidays)

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form, however, we do not deliver to PO boxes. Our delivery charges will be specified at the time the order is placed and may differ to those that are specified above in our Delivery Policy.

Orders cannot be re-directed once they have been dispatched.

Once your item has left us, we’ll send you an email to notify you of this. If you have chosen a "Tracked Delivery" option you will receive an email with tracking information and/or an email directly from our courier.

If no one is in at the time of delivery, the parcel will be put through the letterbox or, if larger, taken to your local Royal Mail sorting office for you to collect, If a Royal Mail service has been used. Please be advised that our courier service may leave your order in a safe place, in line with their policies, if you are not home. If you do not want this service, then please let us know.

If you do not collect your parcel within the month of sending it, the parcel will be returned to us where we will then process the return in line with our returns policy.

Please note shipping times are estimated from date of dispatch and delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions and other factors, weekends and Bank Holidays are not included within these timeframes. We will endeavour to deliver items within the United Kingdom within the specified time but we are not able to guarantee any specific delivery date. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods at the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you have selected a Next Day or Saturday delivery option and the option is available and we have confirmed that we will dispatch the item for Next Day or Saturday delivery and we fail to make delivery on the specified date then we will refund the additional delivery cost between this service and our standard service but we will not be liable for any further damages or costs.

Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the items on the agreed date we will not be liable for any failure to deliver on the stated date or within the stated timeframe.

Deliveries and collections are not available during bank holiday periods.

Timing & Queries

We aim to dispatch orders placed between Monday and Friday before 3pm on the same day, this may not be possible during busy periods and cannot be guaranteed (if the item is Personalised or Engraved, please allow a further 1-2 working days for dispatch).

If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be processed the following day.

If your order is taking longer than expected (exceeding the estimated timeframe at time of purchase) or you have any questions, then please emails us at or simply click on our chat icon at the bottom right of the screen.

Sending your gift directly?

We do not include price invoices in our packages, so you can send your gift directly to the recipient.


Order Showing as Delivered but Hasn't Been Received?

If you encounter this issue, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, within 4 days of the order being marked as delivered. We will initiate an investigation into your case promptly. Should the situation require further scrutiny, we will involve the courier service selected for your delivery.

Investigations can take up to 10 working days to conclude. During particularly busy periods, this duration may extend further. Rest assured, we will keep you informed about the time frame you can expect to hear back from us regarding the investigation's outcome.

We understand how distressing it can be not to receive your order as expected, and as such, we will always aim to expedite the investigation process. Once the investigation is completed and it's determined that the courier service is at fault, we will be able to offer you either a full refund or a replacement for your order (subject to availability). In some case we may have to wait 7 working days from the delivery date to raise an investigation.

Incorrect/Incomplete Address Provided At Checkout

In the event that we identify a potential error in your address details, we will reach out to you for verification. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, please note that we may have to cancel your order for security and accuracy purposes.

At Bumbletree, we strive for efficiency in our delivery process. This includes the possibility of combining multiple orders into a single parcel under the following conditions:

  1. Order Timeframe: If you place several orders close together in time, we may consolidate these into one parcel.

  2. Company Discretion: The decision to combine orders is made at our discretion, aiming to streamline shipping and reduce environmental impact.

  3. Packing Slips Included: Each combined parcel will include individual packing slips for every order contained within, ensuring clarity about the items and their respective order numbers.

Returns Policy for Combined Orders:

If you wish to return items from a combined parcel, please note that returns are processed individually per order. Ensure to reference the correct order number for each item you return. This helps us efficiently process your return and ensure accurate refunding or exchange as per your original order details.
