Christmas Dispatch Policy
Please note that any orders placed from 10:00 AM on 24th December onwards will not be prepared for dispatch until 28th December. From this date, orders will be prepared for dispatch based on the delivery option selected at checkout.
This does not mean all orders will be dispatched on Saturday, 28th December, but this is when we will begin to prepare orders for dispatch. We will aim to deliver items within the estimated delivery timeframe of the chosen delivery option from this date. For example, if you select our Royal Mail Standard Delivery (4-6 Working Days) option, we will aim to deliver your order within 4-6 working days of the 28th December.
Recommended (Not Guaranteed) Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery
We understand how important it is for your gifts to arrive on time during the festive season. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any orders placed after 3pm on 19th December 2024 will arrive before Christmas.
- Royal Mail Standard Delivery: Order before 3pm on Tuesday, 17th December*
- Royal Mail Express Delivery: Order before 3pm on Wednesday, 18th December*
- Special Delivery: Order before 3pm on Thursday, 19th December* (Delays may occur)
*These dates are recommended guidelines, unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. Any orders placed after these dates are not likely to be delivered before Christmas, even with our 'Special Delivery' option due to courier delays.
Important Information
While we will make every effort to dispatch orders promptly and ensure they arrive in time for Christmas, we cannot guarantee all orders will arrive by Christmas Day. Factors such as weather disruptions or courier delays/issues are outside of our control.
In the event of delivery issues caused by the courier, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee issues will be rectified in time for Christmas.

Delivery Address Details
To minimise potential delays:
- Please double-check your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
- If we notice an issue with your address, we may need to contact you to confirm the details. This could delay dispatch, so please monitor your emails and phone calls as we may need to reach out. It is important to check your spam/junk emails too.
If your order is dispatched to an incomplete or incorrect address, the courier may return the parcel to us. In this case, additional delays may occur.
Returns Policy
If your order does not arrive by Christmas and you no longer require it, you are welcome to return your items free of charge for a refund.
