We aim for orders placed between Monday and Friday before 3pm to be dispatched the same day, this may not be possible during busy periods. If the item is Personalised or Engraved, please allow a further 1-2 working days for dispatch.

Free Returns & Hassle Free Experience
If you would like to return an item, please follow these 3 simple steps below:
Return your item(s) via Royal Mail using this link: bumbletree.co.uk/returns to generate your free label.
- Please download and print your label, don't worry if you don't have access to a printer, Royal Mail will send you an email on completion of the online return which will provide you with a QR code.
- Take your phone and parcel to your local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, and Royal Mail will scan the QR code and print your label for you.
- All returns are tracked and you will be provided with a Royal Mail tracking number once your parcel has been processed.

NOMINATION SIZE GUIDE
Choosing the right Nomination bracelet size is simple.
Each link measures approximately 1cm in length, so the total number of links in the bracelet will roughly match the bracelet length in centimetres.
To find your size:
- Wrap a piece of string around your wrist where you would normally wear the bracelet
- Mark where the string meets
- Lay the string flat and measure it in centimetres
- Use this measurement as a guide to choose your bracelet size
For example, if your wrist measures around 14cm, a 14 link bracelet should be the closest fit.
Each charm you add to your bracelet will also add approximately 1cm. If needed, you can remove a base link to help keep the bracelet at your preferred size.
